Tummy Time
Even though it's holiday season, and I've never been busier, I've decided it's tummy time. I am so tempted to get a tummy tuck, but I've promised my husband to work on my abs the old-fashioned way first. So, starting Monday, I am going to commit to working out 2-3 times a week, during the girls nap times. I will do 10-15 minutes of cardio (I don't want to lose any weight - just fat) followed by crunches, etc. And I will document my progress here. Right now, I look like I'm a few weeks pregnant, with my 12th child.
I will also be using my tummy toning cream morning and night, as directed. Wish me luck!
